Strawberry Yogurt Bark

Strawberry yogurt bark is the perfect guilt-free dessert or snack. It is delicious while still being packed full of probiotics and vitamins. 

Ingredients

  • 3 cups your choice of flavored or plain greek yogurt (I prefer coconut)
  •  1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries 
  • 1/4 cup honey 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 1/4 cup chopped chocolate chips 

Optional add-ins: 

  • 1/4 cup granola of choice 
  • 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds 

Instructions

  1. Start by lining a medium baking sheet with parchment paper 
  2. Stir the yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl. Spread onto the prepared baking sheet. Scatter the strawberries, and sprinkle on the chocolate chips. Add any additional add-ons. 
  3. Freeze until firm (at least 3 hours) before cutting serving. Store extra in the freezer.
